3441403 - Rule execution for responsibility group assignment (Review New Hire Data) - Onboarding

1. In the Onboarding Dashboard, the "Assigned To" is blank/empty for the "Review New Hire Data" task.
2. In the To-Do panel > Business Process, an error is present:
   • View Onboarding Data Review Errors for Onboarding Process [Process ID]
   • New Hire Data Review (1)
   • Rule execution for responsibility group assignment
   • Responsibility configuration was not set by the rule as the conditions did not match. Please update the rule conditions.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in to the instance
2. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
3. Search for the affected onboardee
4. Task: Review New Hire Data
   • Assigned To = Blank/Empty
5. Navigate to the To-Do panel > Business Process:
   • View Onboarding Data Review Errors for Onboarding Process [Process ID]
   • New Hire Data Review (1)
   • Rule execution for responsibility group assignment
   • Responsibility configuration was not set by the rule as the conditions did not match. Please update the rule conditions.

1. The business rule lacks the "Onboarding Task Participants Rule Model.Process.Process Type is equal to Onboarding" condition.
2. This condition is necessary for the system to identify what type of process does the onboardee have.

1. Ensure that the business rule (Scenario: Assign a responsible group to review New Hire data or Employee data. (ONB2ProcessTaskParticipantsConfigRule)) has the following condition under the If & Else If statements.
2. Restart the Business Process error or test with a new candidate.
