3441403 - Rule execution for responsibility group assignment (Review New Hire Data) - Onboarding

1. In the Onboarding Dashboard, the "Assigned To" is blank/empty for the "Review New Hire Data" task.
2. In the To-Do panel > Business Process, an error is present:
   • View Onboarding Data Review Errors for Onboarding Process [Process ID]
   • New Hire Data Review (1)
     Rule execution for responsibility group assignment
     Responsibility configuration was not set by the rule as the conditions did not match. Please update the rule conditions.

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in to the instance
2. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
3. Search for the affected onboardee
4. Task: Review New Hire Data
   • Assigned To = Blank/Empty
5. Navigate to the To-Do panel > Business Process:
   • View Onboarding Data Review Errors for Onboarding Process [Process ID]
   • New Hire Data Review (1)
     Rule execution for responsibility group assignment
     Responsibility configuration was not set by the rule as the conditions did not match. Please update the rule conditions.

• The business rule lacks the "Onboarding Task Participants Rule Model.Process.Process Type is equal to Onboarding" condition.
• This condition is necessary for the system to identify what type of process does the onboardee have.

• Ensure that the business rule (Scenario: Assign a responsible group to review New Hire data or Employee data. (ONB2ProcessTaskParticipantsConfigRule)) has the following condition under the If & Else If statements:

• Restart the Business Process error or test with a new candidate.
