1. In the Onboarding Dashboard, the "Assigned To" is blank/empty for the "Review New Hire Data" task.
2. In the To-Do panel > Business Process, an error is present:
   • View Onboarding Data Review Errors for Onboarding Process [Process ID]
   • New Hire Data Review (1)
     Rule execution for responsibility group assignment
     Responsibility configuration was not set by the rule as the conditions did not match. Please update the rule conditions.
