3441427 - Exchange Rate differences in Document Header X Document Line Items in display transactions

Symptom

FBLxN transactions (document line item) are executed to display BP or GL line items, the field RFPOSXEXT-KURSE (Effective Exchange Rate) displays one value.

However, if the user checks the field "Exchange Rate" in BKPF or FB03 (document header), a mismatch can be seen between those two.
