Symptom

In HANA Cockpit -> System Overview, one of the following messages pops up:

  • Message 1: System health data is not being collected because the technical user is missing. You can reset the technical user in Cockpit Manager.

  • Message 2: Multi-Host health data is not being collected because the technical user is missing. Reset the technical user in Cockpit Manager.
