Symptom

Outline Agreement is checking for Plant value null - '' for the authorization object, M_RAHM_WRK. This is causing authorization failure issue with regional roles which have specific restriction on Plant values. Is there a solution to skip this authorization check for null value since some customers may have regional roles specific to certain Plants?
