  • Error "The requested operation is not available" with fingerprint "Exception stackTrace is empty" occurs when a new candidate tries to apply to a Quick Apply enabled job requisition.
  • The error occurs when the candidate hasn't filled in required fields correctly on the Quick Apply form.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Try to apply as a new candidate on any Quick Apply enabled requisition.
  2. Click Apply without filling in some required fields correctly.
  3. Error occurs.

Please check if the following Verification Code feature is visible on the page. This Verification Code feature does not work on any instance and will cause a null exception when creating a new candidate profile via Quick Apply.


Please disable the following feature: "Provisioning -> Company Settings -> Enable Siemens Captcha. For Siemens only. Please do not use for other customers." (Requiring provisioning access)

When it is disabled, the default CAPTCHA feature can be enabled on the external career site. Please see the KBA 2082087 - CAPTCHA for External Career Site - Recruiting Management for more information.
