Missing currency conversions in rate table "CURRENCY_TABLE". Please provide missing rate for all needed types, categories and versions in the rate table to run step X ("CURR_CONV") of data action "DA" on version "XX"

Cause
For the concerned dimension, there is no 'Account type' and 'Rate type' maintained for some members.
Resolution
It is needed to maintain those parameters for the requested dimension members.
