3441694 - Accrual condition type is always statistical

Symptom

You mark the "accrual" checkbox in M/06 transaction for a condition type.

In the pricing schema, in M/08 transaction you do not mark that condition type as statistical (statistical checkbox not marked).

Still in a purchase order where such pricing schema used the accrual relevant condition type appears with statistical checkbox being marked, why?
