3441735 - P&L - Plan/Actual Cannot choose Different Variant View

You have saved the report variants under P&L - Plan/Actual app, however you don't find those variants in the system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to P&L -Plan/Actual app
2. Put filters & Click on Go
3. Here you don't see created report 

Possible reason could be as follows:

• Newly created/saved view/variant is not public
• Missing Business Roles for the User

You can follow the below steps to create these variants:

1. Go to P&L -Plan/Actual app

2. Put filters & Click on Go

3. Click on down arrow for the Standard variant, where you see option to Save As

4. Here you can also Manage newly created views.

If you note newly created view/variant is private so, that means this is only available for user who created this variant and not for everybody. You need set it as public, in order to set it as public, you need to set it as public while saving the view.

5. Further you can change the Global Settings for this new variants
