Symptom

In Signavio Process Manager the report Useractivityreport displays users that did not exist in a given month

Resolution

It is expected behavior when the user activity report displays users that did not exist in a given month. The report does not consider whether the user existed; it just says if a user has logged in in a given period. For non-existing users, it should show no activity, as you mentioned.

Regarding the duplication issue. That can happen when a user is removed from the workspace and added again. It occurs because a new ID is generated every time a user is added to the workspace. Although the email address is the same, the user ID changes, making the user appear multiple times in the report.
