Symptom

  • Fiori Cloud service is activated in NEO Subaccount, however it was not purchased.
  • This service is available on Costs and Usage Analytics tab.
  • However SAP Fiori Cloud service is not enabled and not used, you can see billing for Fiori Cloud.
