1. Please make sure you have successfully deployed the C4A agent with the tomcat then only you can see the details in the below mentioned file. 
2. Go to tomcat installation directory (>conf>tomcat-users.xml).
3. Right click on tomcat-users.xml file and open with notepad. 
4. In this file you can see the details of the user of the C4A agent.

Note: If you want to change the user information for the C4A agent then edit the tomcat-users.xml file and change the username and password. Please make sure to stop and start the tomcat before and after making changes in the tomcat-users.xml file.
