3441968 - Guided Selling for Backend Products

Guided selling is not working when applied for products synched from the back office.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Create a quote.
2. Add an item.
3. Go to the category where the Guided Selling is configured.
4. Click on the Guided Selling icon.
5. Select the attributes (which are configured on Guided Selling).
6. You'll notice that the attributes will not be transferred to the configurator page.

This is a current CPQ limitation. Guided selling isn't supported from products synchronized from the back office.
