3442028 - Dump CONVT_NO_NUMBER when executing XD99/XK99

Symptom

When updating customer/supplier data using transaction XD99/XK99, the following dump is raised:

Category               ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors         CONVT_NO_NUMBER
ABAP Program           CL_MAINTAIN_BP_FROM_CV========CP
Application Component  LO-MD-BP

Error analysis:

An attempt was made to interpret value "/" as a number.
As this value contravenes the rules for displaying numbers correctly,
this was not possible.
