Symptom
- /SPE/INB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC queue stuck on ERP SMQ2 with one of below errors:
- PU Ordered quantity exceeded by &2 &3 &4 (Message No. M7022)
- Notified quantity exceeds quantity still to be notified &1 &2 (Message No. ME160)
- The notified quantity exceeds the ordered quantity &1 &2 (Message No. ME161)
