Under System Administration -> Configuration -> Global Application Settings the "Show Legacy Configuration Changes" is not visible in all tenants

Cause
Per Product Management and Engineering team, this setting was shown for tenants created before 2013 thus considered legacy.
Any newer tenants do not have this settings shown in the UI.
Resolution
You can see the configuration changes under System Administration -> Environment -> Configuration Changes
