3442472 - Template opened by Adobe LiveCycle Designer is blank without any contents

Symptom

When downloading PDF for template and opening with Adobe LiveCycle Designer,

There is no contents show under "data view".

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Adobe LiveCycle Designer

Cause

Please download the template layout + schema via the app Maintain Form Templates ( F1434 ).
This app will download a zip files, which contains the form master + content and the .xsd file which represents the schema.

Resolution

With Adobe LiveCycle Designer, click File->New Data Connection then select XML schema and click next button.

Select the XSD file in the downloaded ZIP file.
