3442500 - Unable to Add Custom Field for Some Countries

User is unable to add custom fields for some countries via SDK

SAP Business ByDesign 

User is trying to add custom field to below screen

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center
2. Go to Employee view
3. Edit any Employee
4. Go to Employment tab
5. Go to Clauses sub tab
6. Go to Details

Extension fields are not enabled by default for every country. 

If user is not able to add extension field to certain screens, kindly raise a request on influence portal Customer Influence Portal
