3442538 - Error when reviewing and launching AICC content within courseHome

With certain AICC content (like skillsoft AICC), cannot review content as it gives error upon launching: Error=1 Error_text=Invalid Command Version=2.2

SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

1. Navigate to review content for certain AICC content.
2. Attempt to launch content again and incur error.

When initially launching AICC URL is:
     action=launch&courseId=<number>&AICC_SID=<somevalue>&AICC_URL=https%3a%2f%2f<tenant>%2flearning%2fPwsAicc 

Verse when reviewing contains different AICC_SID & appended with ReviewMode=true:
     action=launch&courseId=<number>&AICC_SID=<someValue>&AICC_URL=https%3a%2f%2f<tenant>%2flearning%2fPwsAicc%26reviewMode%3dtrue

Some AICC vendors (i.e. Skillsoft) utilize action=review instead reviewMode to allow relaunching and preventing of additional completions being sent:
     action=review&courseId=<number>&AICC_SID=<someValue>&AICC_URL=https%3a%2f%2f<tenant>%2flearning%2fPwsAicc

Enhancement has been made per LRN-153651 targeted for 1H2024 to account for different methods to allow launching of non-OCN API AICC content in CourseHome while reviewing content.
