3442591 - printer/output device is not determined for the delivery output

Symptom

  • No printer/output device is determined for the delivery output automatically.
  • Printer is maintained in User Profile transaction SU03 but the system is not defaulting the output device.
  • During creation of a delivery, when the user manually enters the output type, the printer is not populated.
  • The system is requiring the user to manually enter the printer name.
  • You would expect the user parameter printer to populate automatically.
