Symptom

Sudden random PTC Creo crashes are observed in PTC Creo functions, e.g. New, Scetcher, Modeling, ... in combination with SAP ECTR and SAP ECTR interface to PTC Creo.

Crashes are observed from approx. February 2024.

Issue is probably caused by an Microsoft Windows update, respectivetly Microsoft 365 update, from February 2024.
