Symptom
The system set the advanced field in the object 'Time Account Detail' for the employee time record to No.
On Advance Analytics reports, the field Advanced is reported as false for all of the leave bookings

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Manage Data>Time Account>Time Account Detail>Employee Time>Details >Advanced
- value for Advanced field is displayed as NO
- On Advance Analytics reports, the field Advanced is displayed as false for all the leave bookings
Cause
Working as Designed
Resolution
- The advanced field on employee time is only applicable to Time Account Types with Entitlement Method "Entitled As Transferred" and advance allowed set to Yes. Refer to our Handbook
- If users take leaves in advance before their entitlement is transferred, the system will mark the Advanced field on the employee time as true.
- When the entitlement is transferred, the system recalculates the advanced field and changes it to false.
