Symptom
- Primary RMA log size increasing too fast, up to 30+ GB every day.
- Log flooded with the following warning msgs on all RMI ports and TDS port:

[WARN ] [JMX client heartbeat 507:1642][JAVAX.MANAGEMENT.REMOTE.MISC] - Failed to check connection: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect (local port 60811 to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port 6907 to address

The RMI and TDS port numbers in /sybase/<SID>/DM/RMA-16_0/instances/AgentContainer/config/bootstrap.prop shown as below:
- rsge.bootstrap.rmiport=6908
- rsge.bootstrap.tds.port.number=5909
- This situation could cause high CPU usage on RMA java.exe in the primary host.
