The Instance Refresh has been Completed with Warnings:

1. Anonymizing the Personally Identifiable Information has the following status: Failed. This activity is to secure the personal information by encrypting it in an unreadable format.
2. Rebuilding of the Solr indexes has the following status: Failed. This activity is to improve the search process in your target instance.

The error is due to data issues causing anonymization to fail for this particular field: Agency Recruiter Name in RCM Module.

For Customers:

You need to anonymize only Agency Recruiter Name (First Name, Last Name, Middle name) in RCM Module fields.
Then, please raise a ticket to LOD-SF-PLT-IRT for further actions from backend.
