3443009 - Fields are being copied from current employment during rehire - Employee Central

After submitting a rehire, Personal Information, Job Information and/or Compensation Information are being propagated from the past employment even if this information is set to don't be copied in Hire/Rehire Configuration (within Manage Data).

There is one or more business rules hiding the fields that are being propagated. Therefore, system is still reading past values.

Fix is checked in to trunk with ECT-233912. Patch version is 2405.3 and deployment date is May 09th 2024 in Test and May 17th for Productive environments.

Workaround:

Disable business rules that are setting the visibility of the fields to none.
