3443055 - Error "Division &1 in the header deviates from division &2 in the item (V1370)" occurs when creating sales order with common division

Common division has been defined in the configuration activity "Define Common Divisions (ID: 102181)". However, error occurs when creating sales order with common division: "Division &1 in the header deviates from division &2 in the item (V1370)".

The root cause lies in that the division maintained in the material master data is different with the division input during the creation of sales order.

During the creation of sales order, the system firstly gets the sales area data from what is input in the creation screen (among which, the division is &1 in this case).

Then, after a material is input at item level, the division at item level will be read from the material master data (which is &2 in this case).

As explained in the "Cause" part, the division on the header and item level must be the same in a single sales order.
