3443082 - Smart Insight shows a contact count bigger than expected after contacts have been deleted

Symptom

After deleting contacts using the Delete Contacts tool, it is expected that the contact-related counters at Smart Insight decrease. However, it is noticed that the counters did not change after the deletion has been performed.
