3443106 - IdP-Initiated SSO for IAS Administration Console

When using IdP-Initiated SSO for IAS Administration Console, following error can be seen:

In the web broswer , following message is shown:

"Identity provider cannot process the response due to wrong configuration. Please contact your system administrator."

In the IAS troubleshooting log, following message can be seen:

state="failed", action="authenticate", objectType="user", message="SAML validation error. Unable to get local application URL from RelayState request parameter Caused by: The domain in the RelayState is not trusted.
