3443161 - Inconsistency in 3PL outbound delivery: Identified stock of line item * and 3PL request item * must match

There is a document flow from purchase order, 3PL inbound delivery to Return to Supplier and 3PL outbound delivery. However, the 3PL outbound delivery is inconsistent due to error: Identified stock of line item * and 3PL request item * must match.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to work center Third-Party Logistics.
2. Access view Outbound Deliveries.
3. Select outbound delivery ABC (ABC represents outbound delivery ID), click Edit.
4. Click button Check Consistency, error triggered: Identified stock of line item XYZ and 3PL request item XYZ must match. (XYZ represents line item ID)

In third-party logistics return to supplier scenario, for 3PL return to supplier delivery, its product - identified stock combination should match with that in related 3PL inbound delivery.

Check related line item in corresponding 3PL inbound delivery, find the identified stock, then maintain the same identified stock for the same product in 3PL return to supplier delivery. Check consistency again, no error will be triggered.
