3443202 - Completion not obtained for instructor when they enrolled to VLS class as a user

In the VLS/Teams class, if an Instructor is also enrolled to the class as a user, they do not receive a complete status.

This is an expected behavior of the system.

Our development team has confirmed that the system checks the email address for attendance. If an Instructor is also enrolled in the class as a user and has the same email address, logging in as both an instructor and a user will result in the user not receiving attendance credit.
