3443300 - SYNTAX_ERROR Short Dump occurs in class /PBS/CL_CBW_PROTOCOL

When click mouse right button on an infocube, the following short dump occurs:

     Syntax error in program "/PBS/CL_CBW_PROTOCOL==========CP        ".

What happened?
     Error in the ABAP application program.

     The current ABAP program "/PBS/CL_NLSA_CONNECTION=======CP" had to be
      terminated because it found a
     statement that could not be executed.
     In include "/PBS/CL_CBW_PROTOCOL==========CM001     ", in line 163 of program
      "/PBS/CL_CBW_PROTOCOL==========CP        ", the following syntax errors
     have occurred:

     Field "CBW_SX_VPSINFO-TSX_SELDR" cannot be a reference and cannot cont
     ain references.

     Field "CBW_SX_VPSINFO-TSX_SELDR" cannot be a reference and cannot contain references.

 
The infocube had NLS connection earlier and later NLS connection is decommissioned.
