3443513 - "Delegate to area admin" option for external Workspace

How to delegate the permission on involving external users into Workspace to area admin so that only limited users can invite external users as members or set external user as non-members?

In admin console, there is now the option 'Delegate To Area Admin' provided for 'External User'.

When it is enabled, and admin creates new area, the dialog will have one more option - "Allow external users to access workspace", which is checked by default.

When clicking on this option, which is a hyperlink, there is an option under "Area Settings" called "Allow area members to Create workspace accessible to external users". The default value is disabled which means only area admins can create workspace accessible to external users.

If enabled, area members (including page content admin) can create workspace accessible to external users.

For workspaces created/managed by Area admins/members, they can invite external users as member and include external users as non-member regardless the workspace admin area.
