After selecting multiple Talent Pool fields and trying to save, receive an error:

Changes failed. You can select up to 16 fields. You selected XX fields.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Talent Pool Field Settings
3. Select multiple boxes to include the fields > Save
4. Receive error

Expected behavior

The system is designed to allow a maximum of 16 fields to be selected for the talent pool. This total also includes the default fields already selected. To resolve the issue, fields will need to be removed to bring the total down to 16 fields total.
