3443557 - AS Java deployment hangs - java.io.WinNTFileSystem looks for incorrect GLOBALHOST parameter

While executing SUM upgrade, deployment is hanging forever. Implementing KBA 2706235 did not help. While this hanging situation, you execute 3 MMC snapshots (as per KBA 1847251) in every 2nd minute and 5 thread dumps (as per SAP Note 1095473) in every minute. After checking their result you can see hanging thread similar to:
