3443567 - Picklists fields required in the instance are not automatically set to required when added to Data Capture Form - Recruiting Marketing

When a picklist field is set as required in candidate profile extension is not automatically population when added to Data Capture Form in Career Site Builder.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing 

1. In the instance go to Admin center > Configure Object Definition
2. Search for Candidate Profile Extension 
3. Create a custom picklist field and set as required 
4. Go to Career Site Builder 
5. Click in tools
6. Click in Data Capture Form 
7. Add a new Data Capture Form
8. You will this custom field is not displayed as required field
