The Personal Data Collection step in not being triggered

The 'Provide your Onboarding Details" tile is not available for the candidate

or

The "Personal Data Collection" step appears with "scheduled" in Manage Data

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. As Hiring Manager complete the Review New Hire Data step
2. Login as the candidate 
3. Go to Home Page
4. See that the tile is missed

This issue can be multiple causes. To confirm if is the same described in this KBA you can:

Login as a user account included in the dynamic group SAP_ONB2_ErrorFlowAdmins > Go to the "To Do" option at the top of the page > Business Process > Select the candidate process ID.

The error message is raised: 

Error -> exactly 1 Rule for Rule Scenario 'Select Onboarding Task Config' has to be defined There is no Rule defined, Please create the missing Rule!

In order to correct the issue, please create the rule with the scenario 'Select Onboarding Task Configuration' (OnboardingSelectActivitiesConfigRule), and then run a new test.
