3443600 - Invalid email provided error while adding a New Onboardee - Onboarding

When tried to add a candidate to the system manually, an error message is being raised:

Enter a valid email address

Invalid email provided

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

It occurs when you try to include a new hire with an email that has already been used. Given that the system uses the email during username generation, it's necessary to use unique emails.

You can either create new users with different emails or purge the records of previous users.

To identify the previous user, you can go to Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO > Add Filter Criteria > and filter by username.
