3443640 - Model deleted in Datasphere could not be removed from story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Unable to delete the model from the story.
• Getting error: This data source is in use. You must remove the following items that use this data source before deleting it.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.2.8

1. Logon to SAC
2. Create a story based on two live data connection to Datasphere models
3. Create link variables based on these two models in this story
4. Delete one model in Datasphere
5. Navigate to the toolbar in this story, click on the button "Add New Data" under "Tools" 
6. In this used model list, select this deleted model, and click on Remove
   => Observe that the warning message
   "This data source is in use. You must remove the following items that use this data source before deleting it. Story Level Variable Link" would appear
7. Navigate to the toolbar in this story, click on the button "Edit Prompt"->"Link Variable..." under "Tools" 
   => Observe that Edit Link Variable panel would not appear

• The issue is caused by a defect in the product.
