3443701 - Gender field without having a picklist shows values in the drop-down list

Without adding a picklist, the gender field shows values in the drop-down list.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration, add a field (identifier: gender) for a background element;

2. In the details of this field, no picklist is added;

3. When checking from UI, there're values in the drop-down list.

Gender field is a standard picklist field, which by default displays drop-down values without adding an external picklist.

Expected behavior. If you do not want the pre-defined values, you can use other identifier, such as gender1, and there will be no drop-down values.
