3443822 - Create Inventory Adjustment

- Need to perform an inventory adjustment for a specific product.
- The goal is to adjust the available stock to zero.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Supply Planning work center.
2. Navigate to the Products view.
3. Search for the relevant Product Planning Area combination and select the Open button.
4. The available stock is displayed.
5. The aim is to perform an adjustment confirmation and reduce this stock to zero.

The need to adjust the inventory could arise when there is a discrepancy between the planned inventory and the system's record of the stock.

1. Go to the Physical Inventory work center.
2. Navigate to the Common Tasks view and select the option New Inventory Adjustment.
3. In the New Inventory Adjustment Screen, enter the relevant details of the site and the product, then select the Next button.
4. In the Edit Inventory chevron, enter the Logistics Area and Product ID and select the flag Zero Quantity.
5. Select the Next button to move to the Review chevron.
6. Review the information and select the Finish button.
7. The stock for the product in the relevant logistics area will be updated to zero.
