3443898 - Default time in Onboarding Scheduled Meetings – Onboarding

Can the default time for Onboarding Scheduled Meetings be adjusted to the time zone of the person assigned to the task?

1. Go to Onboarding dashboard
2. Click on a Candidate
3. Select Schedule Onboarding Meetings
4. The Start time and End time are already set as default

This is expected system behavior. When you open the Add Meeting window, the system automatically sets the Start Date and Time to the current time and the End Date and Time to 30 minutes later. For example, if you open the window on Jan 01, 2025, at 8:00 AM, the system will set the Start Date and Time to Jan 01, 2025, 8:00 AM and the End Date and Time to Jan 01, 2025, 8:30 AM.

It is not currently possible for the system to default the meeting time to the time zone of the person assigned to the task. If the assigned person’s time zone is different from the person opening the task, the meeting will always default to the current time of the person who opens it, rather than the assignee’s time zone.
