3444022 - SAP CC - BulkLoader instances do not start with error "Unknown destination XXX"

Symptom

The bulkLoader instances do not start. In the trace of bulkloader instances, you get the below fatal log:
Exception: MaterializationException: cannot materialize BulkReaderProcessor#

If you set the trace severity to DEBUG, you can see a stacktrace with the below element in the bulkloader instance trace:
Caused by: com.highdeal.util.jco.JCoConfigurationException: Unknown destination XXX.
