3444132 - How to enable negative Payments

Symptom

  • Pipeline is not posting negative payments.
  • A negative payment occurs when a payee has a de-booking or a clawback in the previous period and the current month earnings become lesser than the negative previous period balance.
  • By default, Incentive Management is configured to not allow negative payments.
