3444157 - Error to run a screen capture in Work Zone Feed - [SAP Jam / SAP Work Zone]

Symptom

  • Following reference documentation How to Record and Enhance Your Videos  to proceed with a screen capture but as the video record shows, nothing loads and the feature is not working. This only happens on Google Chrome and MS Edge. 
  • The out of the box screen capture is not working. 
  • On SAP Build Work Zone Advanced Edition or SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone when clicking the button on the Home Page to record a screen capture nothing happens.
