3444159 - How to ignore marketing permissions for email campaigns

Sometimes there is a need to bypass the opt-in field of a contact in the cases where it is required that the contact needs to receive an email regarding a communication, but isn't a marketing campaign.

For example:

• An app update that you want to send an email for your contact to download.
• Inform the contact about an update on the status of a product.
• A reset password for all your contact database.
