Symptom

EWA Report is not getting generated because job /BDL/TASK_PROCESSOR is failing with error below.

Batch Job /BDL/TASK_PROCESSOR (e.g. job id 00000000) reports following problem in Job log
> Process task: 0000001111
> Maintenance Package started
Error: No authorization to open file /usr/sap/ABC/DVEBMGS98/sec/TEMP_2D5BV13CF354B1RTGE2EC5F9B67F0358
Error: System Failure with destination NONE
