In the interface of SOAP API BillingDocumentRequest_In, it is not possible to identify the fields required for one-time customers.

The functionality of one-time customers is not supported yet. The address data for one-time customers differs for each transaction and therefore there is a dialog in the sales document where at least one city should be entered.
