3444282 - Flow builder plus data is not updated automatically in the FQM_FLOW table.

Symptom

The FI data is not updated automatically to the FQM_FLOW table in real time or flow builder plus job is not getting triggered.
But when running the FCLM_FLOW_BUILDER_2 manually, data gets updated
