3444420 - Error While Adding Attachment In Time Off Mobile App

Symptom

Error occurs while adding attaching in Time Off via SuccessFactors Mobile App:

  • "Failed to send data. Please try again later." in iOS, and
  • "Your attachment could not be uploaded due to an error." in android.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login SuccessFactors Mobile app
  2. Try to create Time-Off record by clicking the "+" button and then add an attachment via camera
  3. Error message "Failed to send data. Please try again later." in iOS and error "Your attachment could not be uploaded due to an error." in android  is thrown

Resolution

The issue is fixed via patch b2403p1 on 19th March 2024 in Preview and 21st March 2024 in Production environment.
