3445033 - Datasphere S/4HANA On-Premise Connection: Model Import: Your user is not authorized to access the ESH search service

While validating the S/4HANA On-Premise connection in SAP Datasphere, below error happens for Model Import.

- Model Import can’t be used because of errors in the connection.

Model Import: Your user is not authorized to access the ESH search service. Please check if the user has the required privileges in the backend system.

SAP Datasphere

Validate the connection in SAP Datasphere.

Prerequisite configurations are not fulfilled for model import.

Please follow SAP Note 3081998 which describes all the required steps.

In particular, make sure checkbox "Save this credential for all users on this system" is selected in the Tunnel connection. And, when clicking the Edit button to change the settings in the Tunnel connection, this checkox will be deselected. Do not forget to select it again before click the OK button to save the change.
