3445080 - When changing language to Malay in Successfactors it is not reflected in Learning

• When User selects Malay as default language in Successfactors then attempts to access Learning the language remains as what was the users previous language and does not update to Malay.

Success Factors Learning Management

1. Select any language besides Malay

• When in BizX, go to your profile, Settings, Change Language
• Select any language besides Malay, save your changes
• Go to Learning
• Learning user interface is now in the language you selected 

2. Select Malay as your default language

• When in BizX, go to your profile, Settings, Change Language
• Select Malay, save your changes
• Go to Learning
• Learning user interface is not in Malay but on the last language you have selected 

There is different ISO language codes in LMS and BizX causing this issue.

• Engineering will create a new API in a enhancement to assist with the synchronization. Please bookmark this KBA and refer back to it for updates on the progress.
• Workaround: allow users to manually change their locale from Learning > Options and settings
